Slate Scan leverages local AI vision models (Qwen3-VL) via a local Ollama installation on your machine to read slates. The AI understands context, making it incredibly effective at reading partial slates, handwritten information, and challenging angles.If Slate Scan can't find a readable slate in a clip, it adds it into a "skipped" bin. From there, you can set manual in-points on best readable slate frame and tell Slate Scan to re-run the scan while only looking at the frames you specify.The latest release version is fully local, using only Ollama and the Qwen3-VL vision model on your local machine.Intelligent Parsing

- Your video footage, frames, and slate images never leave your device.
- No data is sent to any cloud AI service, third-party API, or remote server
for analysis.
- All AI model inference runs on your own hardware (CPU/GPU).
- The Plugin does not require an internet connection for its core functionality
(slate analysis and clip renaming). Internet is only required for initial
license activation, Ollama installation, and AI model downloads.
- Temporary files (e.g., exported frames for analysis) are created locally and
auto-deleted by the Plugin after processing.We have no access to, and do not collect, store, or process, any of your video
content, project files, or slate data.3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONWe use your information solely for legitimate business purposes:
- To process purchases, deliver the Plugin, manage licensing, and provide
updates/support (e.g., responding to your emails).
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or service-related

the Plugin.1. LICENSE GRANTUpon your one-time purchase of the Plugin for $99, we grant you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the
Plugin on your devices for personal or professional use. This license includes:
- Indefinite access to the core functionalities of the Plugin.
- One (1) year of free updates and support from the date of purchase.You may purchase annual extensions for $29 to extend support and updates for an
additional year.The Plugin uses Ollama (https://ollama.com), a free, open-source local AI
runtime that you install separately. Ollama and its AI models run entirely on
your own hardware at no additional cost. We are not affiliated with Ollama and
are not responsible for its availability, performance, or any changes to its
software.2. RESTRICTIONSYou agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, or sell the Plugin to third parties.
- Use the Plugin for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

content at all times.7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYThe Plugin, including its slate detection technology, code, and documentation,
is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You receive only the rights expressly granted here.8. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWAREThe Plugin integrates with Adobe Premiere Pro and uses Ollama for local AI
processing. You must comply with their respective terms. We are not liable for
any issues arising from third-party software, including compatibility changes,
